It's important to us that every CLV Group and Interrent REIT team member has the resources to maintain their health and the ability to achieve personal well-being. In addition to our Health & Benefit package, CLV Group has a 24/7 fitness centre for staff use in our corporate office. There are many opportunities to stay fit and healthy!

 

CHARITABLE & COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

CLV Group is committed to investing in our community and understand that our employees hold these values as well. CLV Group employees are granted 1 day (with pay!) per year to volunteer at a charity of their choosing. There are year-round events to participate in and help our communities. 

 

EDUCATION ASSISTANCE and training

Continued education leads to self-improvement and we recognize that the skills and knowledge of our employees supports success and leads to career advancement. CLV Group offers an Educational Assistance Program for eligible staff members and supports a learning culture with a variety of training activities and an Online Training Program.

PARENTAL LEAVE

Life happens! We love to celebrate and welcome new tiny members to the CLV Group team and understand that quality time with your family is important. We extend parental and pregnancy leave and only ask that you bring in the newest member of the CLV Group team for a visit!
