Accomplishments in Property Management

CLV Group has been engaged by numerous financial institutions and private corporations to provide them with detailed analysis on how to better deploy assets. A few examples of who we have worked with are: Royal Trust, Bank of Nova Scotia, CMHC, National Trust, Toronto Dominion Bank, Bank of Montreal and Canada Trust.

For the Bank of Nova Scotia we were mandated to manage, administer and enhance the value of its delinquent portfolio in the Ottawa area. The value of this portfolio was in excess of $15 million. In one a high rise residential building with a 30% vacancy, through effective, aggressive marketing and leasing we created a 0% vacancy rate. The bank achieved $500,000 in net proceeds over what they were hoping to achieve.

For Royal Trust we managed and administered in excess of $14 million of real estate consistently achieving greater than expected net proceeds. This portfolio contained numerous commercial properties.

For Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation we managed a $2 million portfolio. Results were the same as above.
