CLV Group, Ontario's leading Property Management Company is searching for an outgoing professional, with hospitality sales background, for this dynamic career position.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial spirited individual to spearhead the continued growth of this successful business. Under the regular supervision of the Property Manager, the Rental Agent is the initial point of contact for potential tenants.
- Excellent closing skills and above average sales record
- Meets, greets and interviews prospective tenants, shows the apartments, accepts rental applications for review and approval by leasing administrators
- Establishing new relationships with potential clients and businesses
- Strengthening current business relationships
- Conducting client appreciation nights/events
- Customer service liaison
- Developing and maintaining accurate client information within a CRM program
- Regular quality assurance inspections
- Coordinating move in and move outs.
- A background in sales and/or with experience within the hotel or apartment rental industry; other relevant sales experience will also be considered.
- Sales experience targeting local businesses and government is considered desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM
- Clean drivers abstract and Vehicle is required
More Information:
Compensation: Compensation structure will include salary + commissions. An excellent health and benefits package. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience.
