Job Requirements:
· Currently we are seeking an individual with a professional business related University Degree or College Diploma to take on the Residential Property Manager position.
· Minimum 2+ yrs experience in managing a diverse residential portfolio
Strong management & communication skills with a commitment to customer service
· Working ability in MS Office is a prerequisite
Knowledge of Yardi property management Software considered an asset
Familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act
· Required to provide own vehicle with a clean drivers abstract
