Job Requirements:
CLV Group is growing and we are seeking a responsible, professional team oriented individual to become part of our maintenance and construction division.
Job Requirements:
- You will be responsible for cleaning various residential buildings, all common and public areas of buildings including, corridors, lobbies, elevator landings, stairwells, public washrooms, laundry rooms, storage areas and the cleaning of vacated apartments for new tenants.
- You must have a minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience and possess the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
- Light to medium duty work required
- Responsible for exterior ground maintenance tasks, both winter and summer as assigned.
- Required to provide your own vehicle with a clean driver's abstract
