Job Requirements:
CLV Group is growing and we are seeking a responsible, professional team oriented individual to become part of our maintenance and construction division.
You will be responsible for cleaning various residential buildings. Duties will include (but are not limited to) Daily common area inspections, scheduled cleanings at various properties, periodic cleaning of apartment units, and snow shovelling/walkway maintenance in the winter.
You must have a minimum of 2 years of cleaning experience and possess the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
As a qualified candidate you have your own vehicle as you will have to travel between two residential high rise apartment buildings.
This is a live in position.
Compensation includes a competitive salary, health and dental benefits.
Regular business hours (with seasonal variances), Monday - Friday.
On call sharing will be required.
