Job Requirements:
We are searching for the ideal individual to fulfill an exciting position as an Architectural Design/AutoCAD Drafts Person.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform basic drafting and other technical duties.
Measure, draw and revise building and unit floor plans in AutoCAD
Ensure that drawings are in accordance with accepted drafting standards and procedures
Convert hand drawn documents to digital format.
Assists in conceiving, drawing of fire safety plans and floor plans, for existing residential buildings
Apply finished quality, appropriate symbols and drafting standards
Understanding of how building systems work
Requirements:
Must have your own computer and AutoCAD
Completed a course as an Architectural Technician as well as having excellent skills in AutoCAD design drafting (minimum 3rd year student).
Previous drafting experience with knowledge in creating floor plans
Vehicle and valid driver’s license required
