Job Requirements:
CLV Group, is seeking a talented individual to run its Construction Company and to oversee: project management of property rehabilitation and construction; the maintenance department; and supervision of support staff.
- Several years of construction/maintenance experience, financial & material control, budgeting & computer applications;
- A proven record and educational background in the construction industry and project management is essential.
- Knowledge in MS Project, Excel and Word is an asset.
