Job Requirements:
CLV Group is growing and we are seeking a responsible, professional team oriented individual to become part of our maintenance and cleaning division.
• You will be responsible for cleaning of residential buildings, all common and public areas of buildings including, corridors, lobbies, elevator landings, stairwells, public washrooms, laundry rooms, storage areas and the cleaning of vacated apartments for new tenants.
• You must have a minimum of 2 years of cleaning/building maintenance experience and possess the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
• Light to medium duty work required
• Responsible for exterior ground maintenance tasks, both winter and summer as assigned.
You will be required to liaise with contractors and work directly with the Property Manager to ensure tasks are completed.

This is a live in position.
• Required to provide own tools necessary to complete all tasks .
• To respond to emergencies during normal and after hours
• To be on an after-hours rotational emergency response team
• Some administration duties required.
• Tasks as assigned by the Property Manager/ their representative.
