Job Requirements:
CLV Group is growing and we are seeking an energetic, responsible and self motivated individual for a contract position located in the Western GTA. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate as it will provide the ability to gain insightful experience within the real estate industry.
Job Responsibilities:
• Examination of source documents, websites and other resources; transferring information into excel spreadsheets and databases.
• Visiting apartment buildings in the Brampton, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Milton, Burlington & Oakville areas
• Taking and submitting photos of visited properties
• Rating and evaluating properties
• Completing a competitive analysis of properties
Requirements:
• Must be skilled with computers; specifically, proficient in MS Excel & Office Suite
• Must pay strong attention to detail
• Experience inputting, extracting, compiling and processing data
• Experience with CRM systems and other databases
• Must have your own mode of transportation with a clean drivers abstract
• Must have a digital point and shoot camera (or better), and a laptop computer
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma
• Minimum Experience: At least 1year of experience in a professional work environment
• Previous administrative or real estate experience is an asset but not necessary
