Job Description:
The Finance Manager role is a new position will report to the Company’s VP Finance and within a group environment be directly involved in the reporting and management of the Company’s end to end procurement process.
Duties include implementing and controlling purchasing processes, management of accounts payable staff and processes, reporting on cash management, forecasting of operational and capital spending including construction projects utilizing Yardi financial construction management modules. Duties will also include direct ownership of vendor relationships including vendor selection, review and day to day reporting.
Your attention to detail, ability to analyze and think critically and, your desire and to improve process and procedures to reduce cycle time will benefit the company and our clients.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
- CA, CMA or CGA fully designated.
- Five to ten years related experience demonstrating growth in experience and responsibility.
- Experience working within a property management organization or related industry a definite asset.
- A back ground in cost accounting.
- Experience with property management software is an asset.
- Strong excel skills are a requirement.
- Experience with Yardi financial systems is a definite asset.
