Job Requirements:

CLV Group, Ontario's leading Property Management Company is searching for a responsible, professional team oriented individual to become part of our maintenance and construction division.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • As an Area Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential properties.
  • Reporting to and acting under the direction of the Property Manager, in this position you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of several properties owned and/or managed by CLV Group.
  • Perform various duties assigned by the property Manager and supervising work performed by in-house staff or contractors.
  • Performing and supervising effective property operations in compliance with all applicable building codes, acts and regulations.
  • Identifying and resolving routine tenant matters while reporting extraordinary issues requiring action under the Residential Tenancy Act, to the Property Manager.
Job Requirements:
 
  • You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in general residential construction repairs.
  • Must possess excellent organization, time management skills and have a strong ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Efficiency at directing contractors, staff and managing schedules is imperative.
  • Must have own vehicle & tools necessary to complete all tasks.
  • Clean drivers abstract.
  • On Call: will be a part of an after-hours rotational emergency response team.
