CLV Group is growing and we are seeking a responsible, professional team oriented individual to become part of our organization.
As a Live-In Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential properties. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in general residential construction repairs.
Efficiency at directing contractors, staff and managing schedules is imperative. Must also possess excellent organization, time management skills and have a strong ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Reporting to and acting under the direction of the Property Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of several properties owned and/or managed by CLV Group.
Responsibilities include performing various duties assigned by the property Manager and supervising work performed by in-house staff or contractors. Also responsible for overseeing property cleanliness at all times.
Performing and supervising effective property operations in compliance with all applicable building codes, acts and regulations
Identifying and resolving routine tenant matters while reporting extraordinary issues requiring action under the Residential Tenancy Act, to the Property Manager
