I have been living here for 6 months now, and i have nothing but good word to speak about them. Very organized, the building is well maintained. The management answers to any comment question or claim quickly. The neighbors are great you don’t hear loud noises, no one smokes inside the building everyone is respectful. I am happy with my choice of appartment and i am seriously considering staying here for few years.

I've lived at 218 MacLaren for a year and a half and it's been a fantastic experience! The building has been beautifully re-decorated recently. I've been living in one of the one-bedroom suites and it's a really good size. The bedroom has enough space for my Queen-size bed, an armchair, a bookshelf and tons of room to spare! Using creative placement of shelving, I've been able to actually separate the living room area into three separate spaces - an office, a dining area and a living room - and it still feels very spacious. The unit also has a balcony, which is amazing in the summertime. The kitchen in my unit is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and there's even a dishwasher - a dishwasher!!! The laundry room in the building is kind of small with only 3 washers and 3 dryers, but even still it's very rare that there are no machines available. The fitness room is really only an exercise bike and a partial weight machine, so it would be nice if some free weights or a treadmill were added. But since the building is so central, there is no shortage of gyms and yoga studios nearby. It's also a very short walk to the canal, which is great for jogging in the summer and skating in the winter. CLV have been good landlords - they responded to any questions or work requests that I've submitted very quickly. I would absolutely recommend living in this building to anyone who is considering it!
