Moved into this building about 5 years ago and couldn't be happier! High praises for both Karen and John who keep the building in great shape while always approachable and accommodating. The entire CLV Team has been great - quick to address any concerns. Highly recommended!

The apartment and property I viewed was excellent. Beautiful, newly redone apartments with all the things one hopes for in a home. The attentiveness of the staff was wonderful. Shannon Jackson is so knowledgeable! Her warmth and thoughtfulness in my needs for my family made me feel that I would be well taken care of at the property. The main reason I didn’t take the apartment? I found something closer to my work. But this property was top on my list. Thank you, Shannon!!

It's a life changing experience moving from a home to an apartment and Shannon is very intuitive to that. Not only is Shannon excellent at the actual responsibilities of her position, her people skills are the best. In tune with our emotions and knows what to say and do to make the transition an easy one. CLV group is lucky to have her on the team.

Moved into this building a year ago and love it. This is our second suite went from a 2bedroom to a 3 bedroom . Karen keeps the building spotless and John makes sure all repairs are done in a timely manner. Shannon is Probably one of the best rental agents I've ever met she is very friendly and professional. I would recommend this building.
