We wanted to shift from the basement to a good apartment as winter is coming. As we are in a basement near Derry McLaughlin road , we wanted to shift somewhere near or into a similar location. We saw there were good reviews for apartments in Lakeshore place. We booked a tour for one of the apartments online. We got a call from Cassandra from Lakeshore - CLV Group , she asked for a few details about us on the call and booked a tour. We met her and saw the apartment. She additionally showed us an extra 2-3 apartments as well which were available at that time and were in our budget as well. It was very kind of her to show the extra available ones. We loved loved the vibe, community, apartment space, light coming in from the sliding door,so many trees are planted, they have a gym and swimming pool too. We booked one of the apartments immediately within 2 days. The process of booking is very systematic and neat. Looking forward to staying in our apartment very soon. I will write about my experience of living in this society,management and apartment within a few months.

We are a small family with 2 kids. We moved into CLV Lakeshore apartments in the spring of 2022 . We chose the CLV Lakeshore for so many reasons. We were living in Ottawa at CLV Forestridge very happily. The apartments are renovated, the neighbors are very nice, and the neighborhood is conveniently located near shopping, a recreation centre/ library, and Lake Aquitaine. We have struggled towards the first few weeks of our lease, but the management made sure we got all what we want. What really set our experience apart at Lakeshore is Harrison, Rita and Jacek. When we were in the process of applying the sales agent was friendly and but weak on communication. Again Harrison bridged the gap and tried tirelessly to make us more welcome.
