We moved into our apartment June 1st. The CLV staff were very professional and helpful, particularly Barb and Jody. The building is well located, clean and quiet. There is ample parking (though somewhat haphazard as renovations are underway). The renovated units are very modern with lots of living and storage space. I have no reservations in recommending CLV’s apartments.
