As a Recruitment Coordinator in Montreal, you will be part of a regional team working on building a pipeline of strong candidates for a variety of positions. This role is a good fit for you if you enjoy working with people, have high energy, can do research, manage large volumes of data, and show a lot of initiative in wanting to build new contacts. You will be a part of the corporate recruiting team with activities related to the recruiting cycle and marketing and will have opportunities to support recruiting efforts in other core markets.
What will make you successful in this role is your positive attitude and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities. You will need to have a high level of productivity on a weekly basis. Organization and administrative skills should be strong enough to allow you to support more than one recruiter if necessary. Communication skills both written and spoken in French as well as English is required.
- Studies in business and HR, with experience in online marketing and/or sales
- Fluency in English and French is required
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
