CLV Group Company History
1992
Commvesco Realty Group is formed.
1998
Commvesco Group merges with Levinson-Viner Group and becomes CLV Group with their old boss and mentor, Jacie Levinson.
1998
First Mike McCann Charity Golf Tournament (Formerly Ron Kolbus Memorial Golf Tournament) is held in Ottawa.
1999
CLV Group purchases a hotel and undertakes major renovations to create a 236-unit apartment building in Ottawa’s Golden Triangle.
2001 – 2006
CLV Group sells several residential properties to InterRent REIT. As part of the purchase, shares were retained in the REIT as well as management of its Ottawa portfolio.
2009
CLV Group is appointed property manager of InterRent REIT after orchestrating a private placement for over 50% of the company.
2016
CLV Group develops LIV Apartments as one of the first high-end purpose-built rentals in Canada in the last 25 years.
2023
CLV Group adds Asset Management services to its portfolio, resulting in a fully integrated real estate platform.
2023
CLV Group completes first office-to-residential conversion project in Ottawa, transforming a vacant office building at 473 Albert Street into apartments, cementing the firm as a leader in the conversion space.
2024
The 24th annual Mike McCann Charity Golf tournament nets an outstanding $1.8 million, bringing its cumulative total to nearly $10,000,000.
2024
CLV Group kicks off second office-to-residential conversion at 360 Laurier Street in downtown Ottawa.
