Continued Growth

Most recently, the portfolio grew to 19 locations with the addition of Résidence Havre de l’Estuaire in Rimouski in Spring  2025. This 356-unit community enhances the partnership’s presence in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region and offers a full continuum of care options from independent living to spaces designed for residents with reduced autonomy.

With nearly 1,600 team members and a growing footprint across the province, the Résidences des Bâtisseurs platform continues to evolve, investing in communities that prioritize dignity, comfort, and quality of life for Québec’s aging population.
