Application Requirements

We’re excited to help you find your new home! Please note that all rental applications must be completed electronically over our secure online lease platform. In addition to the digital application form, applicants will also be required to provide the following:

– Income Verification

To verify income, applicants may provide some or all of the following documentation:

• Two or more most recent pay stubs
• A letter from your employer
• Your most recent tax assessment

– ID Verification

– Asset Verification

– Rental References

First and Last Month’s Rent (Ontario Only)

A full payment of last month’s rent is required when submitting your lease application.

First month’s rent is due before your lease begins.

Rent Payment Options  

For added convenience, we encourage residents to enroll in our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan at the time of application, ensuring future monthly rent payments are effortless and worry-free.

Crime-Free Multi-Housing Program

As part of our commitment to providing a safe and welcoming community, several properties in our portfolio are members of the Ottawa Police Services Crime-Free Multi-Housing Program.

Applicants looking to rent at one of these properties will undergo a comprehensive screening through the Crime-Free Multi-Housing Program. This includes a criminal reference check conducted by the Ottawa Police Service, free of charge.
