We have managed properties on behalf of both high-profile institutions and private owners, successfully eliminating vacancy rates upwards of 30% and repositioning entire portfolios in both the residential and commercial categories. 

In 2009 CLV Group took over the property management of InterRent REIT's portfolio, helping to expand their residential offerings from 2,700 suites to over 8,500 suites across more than 20 cities. 

CLV Group rolled out a complete re-organizational and repositioning plan for their portfolio, resulting in InterRent having the highest enterprise growth of all TSX listed multi-family focused REITs between 2010 and 2013. CLV's strategic management for InterRent Reit also resulted in a market capitalization increase from $40 million in 2010 to $2 billion in 2020.
