Project Overview

LIV Apartments is among CLV Group’s earliest redevelopment projects and a first-of-its-kind, luxury, purpose-built rental community in downtown Ottawa. Three outdated buildings were masterfully combined to result in a 442-unit property featuring innovative amenities unlike any offered in the city at that time, including the largest rooftop terrace in the city, fitness center, a dog run, an extended-stay component, on-site restaurant and café, and more.

Sustainable Improvements

Throughout the major renovation project, our team identified substantial opportunities to improve the overall function of the building and reduce its environmental footprint. The building was upgraded with a micro cogeneration plant, EV charging stations, energy-efficient appliances, modern heating and cooling systems, and mechanical efficiencies.
