The Slayte at 473 Albert is CLV Group Developments’ flagship office-to-residential conversion project. The successful transformation of what was once a 1970s office building into an elevated residential community showcased the potential for more projects of its kind in Ottawa, many of which broke ground in the years following The Slayte’s completion.

Designed by award-winning firm architecture firm Linebox Studio, The Slayte blends contemporary design with the integrity and durability of the original structure. Its sophisticated upgrades maximize natural light with large windows, high ceilings, and open-concept floor plans. Its thoughtful design is a reflection of what is possible when architecture meets vision.

Throughout the conversion process, all salvageable materials were donated to local charities and schools to be repurposed or reused.
The Slayte is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including smart elevators, a high-performance TechnoGym, a secure parcel delivery system, 1Valet intercom integration, as well as smart thermostats and appliances, offering residents an unparalleled modern living experience.
