CLV Group Donates $25,000 to the Vancouver Boys and Girls Club
Giving back to the community is an important part of living in any city, and Vancouver is no different, which is why we visited the Boys and Girls Club of South Coast BC (BGCBC) this January – to learn more about the meaningful work they do for the Vancouver community.
The BGCBC provides a safe place for children and youth when they aren’t at home or in school. They give children and youth access to positive role models, mentors, and leaders who help them reach their potentials. Their values closely align with those of CLV Group – to create strong futures for our residents, communities, team members, and investors – which is why we are honored to be part of their work through a charitable donation.
Although this is only our second year in Vancouver since we acquired 21 communities with our partner Crestpoint Real Estate Investments (CC&L), we have been strong supporters of Boys and Girls Club Canada (BGC) from day one. We participate in many events and volunteer regularly at BGC. We look forward to continuing our relationship with BGC and making a difference in our local communities!
To date, CLV Group has donated over $2 million to BGC, made possible partly by our great team at CLV Group and our annual Mike McCann Charity Golf Tournament which is in its fourth year. Our Ron Kolbus Memorial Charity Golf Tournament ran for 20 years.
